TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT: Commissioning me means that you have agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned. If you, the client, did you read the terms and conditions, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
- Commissions are for personal use only. If you need them for commercial use, please contact me via email meFoxtrot.Romeo@gmail.com - Payment only via Paypal (international) or GCash (local) - First time clients will have to pay 50% of the total commission price will be asked before starting. Other 50% (plus additional charges if any) will be asked before recieving the final product. -Returning clients can pay full before the final product will be sent. - Cancellation can be done as long as you haven’t paid. Refunds however, are NOT acceptable under any circumstances. - Maximum of 3 revisions. Additional revisions will have additional charge. - I will provide a progress screenshot for every step until the final product. (Sketch - line art - color - shading - rendering - finalization.) - Estimated time will be 1 week - 4 weeks (depending on the character/background complexity, commission type, and busy schedule.) Rushed commissioins are acceptable with additional pay. - Final piece/s will be sent through the client’s email in high resolution. I also have the right to keep the piece for portfolio purposes. - You may post it on any platform as long as I am credited. DO NOT REMOVE the watermark under any circumstances. And my pieces are not allowed to be sold for NFT. - Canvas size can be requested. The default however is A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) for portrait and 1920 x 1080 pixels for landscape with 300 dpi.
